PSG Stays 1st in France Ligue One

PSG has been in first place in France Ligue One for the entire season so far. They are hoping to win the season again and win the league back to back.

PSG has so far this season been 8/1/3 with their first tie being on saturday 11/28 against Bordeaux with the game ending two to two. Timothee Pembelee had scored his own goal for PSG putting them down by one goal in the first ten minutes. Neymar had scored a penalty kick during the 27th minute and Moise Kean scored his goal during the 28th minute. To put them up at the end of the first half two to one. Then during the second half Yacine Adli, who used to play for PSG, had scored the equalizing goal to tie the game two to two.

PSG for the league has 25 points. With the last two games they have lost points with the games being a tie and a loss. The teams in second through fifth all have twenty three points following very closely behind PSG. PSG has the highest goal differential of positive twenty two and lille in second with positive fourteen. The team with the lowest goal differential right now is Dijon FCO with a negative thirteen goal differential.

The next game that PSG plays will be on Saturday the fifth against Montpellier which is currently the team in fifth place but they are tied for second currently so this will definitely be a good game to watch. Montpellier has lost four of their last five games to PSG.
