Adventure is Out There! #4 Sweet Emotions

With the holidays and COVID, the start to this year has been a lot, so I thought that I would give you a different type of adventure. This week the adventure is to a new local ice cream shop in Springfield called: Sweet EMOtions.

Sweet Emotions is a new walk-up service Pop Punk/Emo themed ice cream parlor located in Downtown Springfield at the Outland Complex. They serve oat milk-based [vegan] ice creams, fruit Dream Whips [Dole Whip], and by-the-slice pizza. 

They have ice cream and Dream Whip as cones/bowls, as well as floats, and pizza. The new shop also has lots of different flavors (based on songs that go with the overall theme) like Never Mint, The Black Parade, Smashed into (Reese’s) Pieces, and more. They also have special releases. Their most recent releases are Love like Winter, Ice-Screaming Infidelities, and You’re Not A-Cone. 

 They had a pop-up opening on November 6th, but they officially opened in early December. Their hours are from 11:00 AM-10:00 PM on Sundays, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM and 5:00 PM-10:00 PM on Mondays-Wednesdays, and Thursdays-Saturdays they are open from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM, 5:00 PM till Midnight. However, they have a limited supply so if you want to go you should make sure they have sweet treats available. You can do this by checking up on their social media platforms listed below. The last time I tried to visit upon arrival they were out of items, and because they are new they sell out rather quickly.

They frequently update their platforms with new arrivals to their menu, the latest updates to the shop, and the what’s ‘what’ of their stock.

An adventure can be anything from exploring a cave to trying something new as long as it counts to you, so if your pallet is picky and this isn’t your slice of pizza, that’s okay. You will find an adventure another day, but if find this enticing please know,
