New officers for the next school year have recently been announced, with many new faces coming into the picture for clubs at Fair Grove High. Next school year, the clubs at school will remain the same. Students will be able to be apart of Pep Club, Student Council (StuCo), Technology Student Association (TSA), Future Farmers of America (FFA), Speech, Book Club, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), National Honor Society (NHS), Future Teachers of America (FTA), Family Career Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD).
Kelli Oplotnik was recently elected the new Pep Club VP along with FBLA co-president. Oplotnik states, “I’m excited to be able to influence new club members next year and hold responsibility in clubs I’m a member of.” Oplotnik also says, “I will try and make the clubs fun to be in and I’ll try my best to succeed in my position.”
Kyle Colvard was also elected as FBLA Historian and as a Chant Leader for the Pep Club. Colvard states, “The clubs I’m a part of will be more fun. I’m the new historian for FBLA and a chant leader for pep club. The sport games will be fun with the chants because a lot of us guys are excited to cheer for our teams.”
