At Fair Grove High School, the Pep Club is a big deal. Sometimes it is only a big deal to a small group of people, but if the right group of people get involved then suddenly that small group of people can turn into several. This year at Fair Grove the Pep Club is ready to make a change. Christian Overstreet and Ryan Buffington are the head sponsors of the club ready to start the energy bus!

The President of the pep club this year is Harley Maxwell (12), following her the Vice President is Cody Gunder (12). Kalyn Wheat (12) will be running the social media account for the eagles. “I think that starting an Instagram and a Snapchat account for the pep club is going to help get more of the community involved since everyone is always on social media. The Instagram account is “fg.pepclub” so everyone should go follow that to get updates on the themes and games for this year,” said Wheat. Macey Stallings (12) is now the Spirit Gear Coordinator which helps to get fun supplies, old jerseys, etc for the pep club to wear and use. “I have a lot of old jerseys from all of the sports teams I have been on, and my father is the principle so I could hopefully get a hold of some cool alumni t-shirts or jerseys,” stated Stallings.

The pep club is hoping to get more of the school and different groups involved this year. The club has started off strong by getting the whole set of bleachers filled every Friday night, and traveling to watch the volleyball girls soccer boys
