Chipotle menu has a lot to offer, including new menu items. I tried the Barbacoa Beef and my first thought was that it was barbecued meat, and I was very shocked to find that it was actually a salad with beef in it. It is kind of a misleading title, because it doesn’t say anything about a salad, but it was still good no matter the title.

Alternatively, it had a few bad aspects to it. The beef was a tad bit too squishy, which wasn’t that bad, but still it could have been harder. The cooks didn’t blend the food together that well; it was cooked well, but not blended. They tried to make it look fancy, when they could have blended it to make it look more appetizing. It took a while to eat, which could help you you enjoy it more, but I don’t want to eat something for 20 minutes. Although there were many things wrong with it, it still had very good things about it.

It had a very nice spice to it, and yet still had a sweetness to the beef. If sweet and spicy isn’t for you, then I don’t recommend it. Although it took a long time to eat, it still had lots of different ingredients to offer. It had rice, beef, lettuce, and black beans (which I hate but they tasted fine with the salad.) The flavors blended well and it tasted really good. I would give it a 7/10. It definitely wasn’t the best, but tasted very good and I would recommend it if you’re unsure of what to get at Chipotle.
