A decade is coming to an end. This means as a new decade starts, we can expect tons of amazing video games to come out in the future.

In the next year there are a few games many people are looking forward to getting released. Some of those games are The Last of Us Part II, Animal Crossing New Horizons, and Watch Dogs Legion. 

Fans of The Last of Us have been wanting a sequel to the game that was released in 2013. Naughty Dog, the developer of this game; announced back in 2016 that a sequel would be coming out in 2020. It original release date was February 21, 2020, but then got pushed back till May 29, 2020. The Last of Us is an action-adventure, horror and survival from the zombies and the people who are bad. In the future, this game will be available on PlayStation 4 and other consoles at a later date. 

The next game that many are looking forward to is Animal Crossing New Horizons. Nintendo originally planned for this to be released in 2019, but ended up pushing it back until 2020. It’s expected to come out on March 20th, 2020. This game is the first Animal Crossing title to be released for Switch and tons of the fans are really excited for it to come out.

The last game to be coming out in 2020 is Watch Dogs Legion. Ubisoft announced this game to come out in March 6th, but got delayed. It hasn’t yet been revealed when it will be announced, but many of the fans are already really excited for it. In this game you will follow a hacker group in London who are trying to fight the authority. This game will be the third installment in the series, and is to be expected to be as good as previous titles. You can get Legion in the future on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Stadia.

These games aren’t the only anticipated titles that are coming out next year. Many other future games are being announced.
