Fair Grove Eagles Middle School Football Tackles A New Season Successfully

The Middle school football team approaches the end of their season ending with two wins, two losses, and one tie. The coaches Marc Green and Randie Roepke mention that the team has been progressing throughout the season, but plans on having greater achievements in the future. Coach Green comments saying, “We hope to improve every week and continue learning the fundamentals of the game. We will be highly competitive and end the season with a winning record!”

The middle school football team plans to reach these goals by practicing hard every day building on their knowledge of the game. Roepke mentions some of the players on the team who have shown promising effort and put forth a good season he says, “We have a solid group of 8th graders this year leading our team, they physically are more developed than others but also are intelligent football players and understand the game really well.”

While finishing up the 2015 season the Coaches both talk about their highlights of the year Coach Green comments “I enjoy being able to go out each day and teach kids the game of football, and see how the lessons they learn on the practice and game field impact their lives.”

I enjoy being around the excitement football season brings to the kids.” Roepke says. The whole team expects to have fun finishing the year strong.
